The good news is, I'll be coming home soon. The bad news is I broke my ankle snowboarding. Giselle double-dared me to try a Shawn White off a jump and I hurt myself. The doctor said the steel rods can come out in 2 weeks. The mountain on the postcard is right outside my bedroom window. I sleep in a shoe box.

Februaru 18 - Los Angeles

Here I am in Sunny California. Giselle's family and I took a road trip to LA. I just remembered that I never thanked you for sending me from the frozen tundra of Green Bay to the frozen tundra of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Thank you for that! Southern California is more my style! Next time, send me on a trip somewhere that doesn't require a parka 8 months out of the year.

March 1 - Colorado

We have a lot of elk around the house. Giselle's dad thought it would be cute to stick me outside with an apple so he could get a picture with an elk. I barely escaped with my life. Please bring me home!

It's me, Cookie. They have a saying: "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas." Good slogan! Don't worry though, Giselle's dad posted bail and the lawyer said I can't be charged with anything since I'm a rabbit. Ask your mom if there's a merit badge for spending the night in a Las Vegas jail.

Here I am staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel. We went to Disney Land yesterday but I didn't get to see much; Giselle's dad had me stuffed in a backpack all day. Beverly Hills is more my style. Please don't let them take me back to Colorado!

It's me, Cookie, again. I can't tell you much about Death Valley because Giselle and I were playing Super Mario, on her DS, when we drove through. P.S. I discovered that I'm prone to car sickness.

Oh no!!!

There are a lot of Mountain lions out here and their favorite food is rabbit! The short list of rabbit predators in Colorado includes coyotes, lynx, bobcats, red fox, golden eagles, hawks, great horned owls, pine martens, badgers, and small game hunters. Thank you, Einstein, for researching that before endangering my life by sending me here!
